PinnoDesk Support
PinnoDesk is a reference-style workbook for US equity tape indicators. You enter relative readings by hand, read a short plain-language decode, and keep notes in a journal if you want.
We usually reply within a couple of business days. Include your device model and iOS version if something looks broken.
Getting around
- Desk — start a tape session, combo pass, or case drill.
- Library — short articles on indicators and market mechanics.
- Journal — saved reads, notes, and weekly review helpers.
- Vault — storage summary, link archive, and erase-all if you need a clean slate.
How inputs work
The app expects relative values: day change %, volume versus that name’s own average, spread in basis points, yearly-range position, and similar dials. It is not built for pasting a ticker quote sheet into a search box. If a field will not accept what you typed, try a plain number (you can use a leading minus for down days).
Journal photos
You can snap or attach a chart image to a journal entry. If the camera or photo picker never appears, check Settings → PinnoDesk and make sure those permissions are allowed.
Link archive
The vault can store URLs you type yourself for later. PinnoDesk can copy a saved link to the clipboard when you ask so you can open it in whatever app you prefer.
Erase data
Vault → Erase all data removes journal entries, archived links, and attached photos stored by PinnoDesk on that device. This cannot be undone, so export anything you care about first if you use the share/export options in Journal.
What the readouts are (and are not)
Decodes and combo notes are educational readouts based on the numbers you entered. They are not personalized recommendations and they are not a substitute for your own research process.
