AHGD Equity is a desk for equity-structure numbers — dual-class votes, buybacks, rights math, dilution paths, short notes, and photos of pages you already have. This page is just how we treat information you put into the app.
Stuff you type or build stays on your device. That includes things like:
We don’t run a separate account system inside the app. There’s no sign-in screen collecting a profile from you for AHGD Equity itself.
If you use the camera or pick an image from your library, iOS will ask first. That’s only so you can photograph or import a filing page, cap table printout, or similar reference and keep it next to your numbers. We don’t use those images for advertising.
Some flows may open a page in a browser-style view. Whatever that page does with data is between you and that page. AHGD Equity isn’t trying to scrape your photos or case notes into that view for marketing.
We don’t sell your scenarios or case notes. We don’t build ads from your buyback inputs. Support mail is only if you write to us.
The app is meant for people working with equity and filings, not for young children. Don’t use it to store a child’s personal information.
If this note changes in a meaningful way, we’ll bump the date at the top. Older installs may still show older wording until you check this page again.
